Michigan Judge Orders Justification of Smart Meter Refusal Fees

“As well as the potential health issues, at oral arguments, appellants argued that smart meters may in fact be the instrument of monitoring, listening, and viewing activities in individual’s homes. JUDGE OCONNELL: They also argued that smart meters are networked and, without proper security measures, anyone, including the government and hackers, could monitor a customer’s activities. “I note that 50 years ago, only a few brilliant minds were concerned about the health hazards of smoking, and we have only recently become aware of the health hazards of second-hand smoke. I suspect there is no need to mention the health hazards of lead-based paint or radium-painted glow-in-the-dark watches produced from 1917 to 1926. At the time, all of these products were not considered health hazards.”

Dementia is hitting younger people and is more deadly

“The environmental changes in the last 20 years have seen increases in the human environment of petro-chemicals — air transport, quadrupling of motor vehicles, insecticides and rises in background electro-magnetic field, and so on,” Pritchard said.

California Medical Association Calls for Stronger Wireless Communication Safety Standards

The Federal safety standards for wireless communications were designed to protect humans from the heating, or thermal, risks caused by exposure to microwave radiation. However, thousands of peer-reviewed studies have found bio-effects from exposure to low intensity, non-thermal levels of microwave radiation. Moreover, three independent, case-control studies have found a two-fold increased risk of brain cancer among adults who have used cell phones for ten or more years. And one study found a three-fold risk of brain cancer after 25 years of cell phone and cordless phone use.

Hundreds State Opposition to 118 Growler Jets Overhead “Practicing” Year Around

Do you want an expanding world of unmuffled jets, flying an expanded array of sorties throughout the day and night, or will you take some action now to try and put some rational limits on the local growth of this particular base? Do you want to continue to trade away our environment, both as it affects humans and the natural world around us? Do you think that people will continue to come here to camp, fish and sail as the jet noise continues to increase, when they can choose to go elsewhere where it’s quieter? It’s not just about the environment, but it’s also about economic issues. LOS ANGELES SCHOOL DISTRICT: WiFi sends teacher into cardiac arrest, students bleeding from ears and nose

“Students were bleeding from the ears and nose and no incident reports were allowed by the school,” states the teacher who required cardiac medical intervention. Her doctor explained that those with mercury fillings suffer more effects from WiFi. She asks officials to listen to her students own reports of illness since the WiFi was turned on. Professor Olle Johansson, Karolinksa Institute, Stockholm Sweden, has stated that wireless radiation exposure studies have indicated “irreversible sterility within five generations.”

Over 1 Million Members of Teachers Unions in Germany, UK, USA and Canada Who Have Done Their Research Do Not Support WiFi in Schools

EdTech companies keep pushing for MORE wireless in classrooms, saying RF/EMF is safe when official agencies lack long-term data of health impact from exposure on children. All these unions are informed about the health risks of WiFi and cellphones and are fighting to protect the health of their adult members in the workplace. Why would school boards choose to increase the exposure to school children?

RALPH NADER RIPS SMART METERS

"Smart meters are one of many examples of how the constitutional right to privacy, which often is associated also with health, safety, security manifestations, is being eroded, step by step, coercively. "The propaganda is overwhelming on one side. Oh, here are the great benefits; they never mention the hazards." "It's just one more step toward technological despotism that corporations and government collude under various false arguments."

New study: direct link to 7,191 cancer deaths from cellular antennas radiation

The study established a direct link between cancer deaths in Belo Horizonte, the third largest city, with the antennae of the mobile telephone network, reported in Science Hoje site, the news portal of the Brazilian Society for Progress Science (Sociedad Brasileña para el Progreso de la Ciencia.) According to the study, more than 81 percent of people who die in Belo Horizonte by specific types of cancer live less than 500 meters away from the 300 identified cell phone antennas in the city. Scientists found between 1996 and 2006 in Belo Horizonte, a total of 4924 victims within 500 meters and 7191 within 1000 meters died of cancer types that may be caused by electromagnetic radiation, such as tumors in the prostate, breast, lung, kidneys and liver.
